Why is my dog's "Cool Treat" icy and/or underfilled?
Since we believe all dogs should eat healthy, natural food we do not add any preservatives or chemical stabilizers to our frozen yogurt. As a result, if our product melts and refreezes then it can become icy and shrunken in the cup. If this happens, please return the package to where you purchased it. If you have any issues returning please email us, be sure to include the date code on the back of the package and we will happily send you fresh "Cool Treats".
Can I buy the product online?

At this time, the product is only available in the U.S.

Yes of course! All of our Cool Treats are manufactured using 100% human grade food in an FDA regulated facility. So go ahead and have a taste for yourself.
